Free Tax Preparation

The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program offers free tax preparation to families across the country, generally with incomes below $49,000. Chelsea Neighborhood Developers is offering this service at 3 locations throughout Chelsea and Revere starting in January 2010. All volunteers receive training and must pass a certification exam by the IRS.

Register below with a date and time that you are available, and we will contact you promptly to confirm your registration.

Please read the schedule below before registering. When VITA is operating out of our office, we will also have a representative from the US Census to answer questions and help with translation of the quick and easy 2010 Census form. (For more information click here.)

From January 20, 2010 through April 15, 2010:

Mondays, Wednesdays from 4pm to 8pm
