CND believes great neighborhoods empower people to grow and prosper. We help make neighborhoods great by undertaking fine grained revitalization work in distressed neighborhoods while expanding housing choices in stronger neighborhoods to build equitable communities. We use three integrated investment strategies to build vibrant and sustainable neighborhoods:

Real Estate Development to strengthen housing markets and to expand affordable housing inventory. Community Engagement to foster a resilient social fabric and civic infrastructure. Asset Development to increase resident prosperity.
