Under Development

This is an exciting time for CND. We have multiple projects under development representing a scale of production that is more than at any other time in our organizational history. In 2006, we started major construction in the Box District that will result in 69 new homes to rent and buy at the end of 2007. We have broken ground on Spencer Avenue to create 48 new rental apartments, which will be called Spencer Green.
