Family Learning Center
Chelsea Neighborhood Developers and HarborCOV, an organization working to end domestic violence through community development, partnered to convert an underutilized CND property into an attractive and vibrant family life center. CND served as developer, assembling financing/funding commitments, and managing all development design and construction work. HarborCOV purchased the property from CND.
