Chelsea Neighborhood Developers and HarborCOV, an organization working to end domestic violence through community development, partnered to convert an underutilized CND property into an attractive and vibrant family life center for the survivors HarborCOV serves in the heart of the Shurtleff Bellingham neighborhood. CND served as developer, assembling financing/funding commitments, and design and construction services. HarborCOV purchased the property and development services from CND.
