The CND Office: A Gateway Commercial Building
Chelsea Neighborhood Developers purchased 615 Broadway located at the corner of Broadway and Gerrish Avenue in 2007. Home to Standard Electric and the Dollar Store on the first floor, CND has built-out the second floor to house its offices, and repackaged the uninspired façade for a new modern look. Architects Utile Designs created an inviting look for the building that is located at the gateway to the Box District neighborhood. The CND offices offer community meeting space, resident services, and public computers, along with housing its property managers, Cornu Management Company. Stop in and see us!
