About CND Rental Properties

CND leases more than 250 apartments for working families and those with limited incomes. All of our units are located in Chelsea and Revere's downtown neighborhoods. More apartments are in construction that will become available in 2011.

CND provides well-maintained and affordable units. All of our apartments have modern kitchens and baths, most are newly renovated, and we have an excellent property management company who provides maintenance and leasing services on our behalf.

We offer one-, two- and three-bedroom units. A limited number of subsidized units are available to families with limited incomes.
