BWH units are newly constructed townhouses that combine a classic exterior style with modern interior amenities. Construction features environmentally sustainable materials including James Hardie fiber cement siding, which is a long wearing and environmentally friendly alternative to wood, Pella fiberglass windows, and wet-blown cellulose insulation that will keep your home warm and reduce heating and cooling bills.

The market rate homes include stainless steel appliances by Frigidaire and granite countertops. All units include red oak flooring, birch kitchen cabinetry, ceramic tile bathroom floors, and a washer/dryer hookup. Some units have exterior decks.
