About CONNECT:
One in three Chelsea households earns less than $25,000. Achieving the American dream of economic security is hard work, but our low-income and immigrant families can break out of poverty with financial services, education and employment resources. Six of Chelsea’s most respected community organizations have come together to co-locate and bundle their services, leveraging existing resources to support transformative economic mobility for low-income families. To learn more about CONNECT you can download the case statement by clicking here.
Understand the Model, Join the Discussion:
For those interested in an in depth conversation, join us in the afternoon for a symposium. From poverty to economic resilience: a look at the challenges facing low-income Massachusetts residents, best practices for supporting individuals on a path to economic security and cost effective models for service delivery in a tight economy. For a full agenda please click here.
