Highland Terrace

The Box District continues to be developed by CND and to evolve from a formerly declining industrial area to a vibrant new neighborhood. Highland Terrace will be the link between CND’s successfully completed Janus Highland project (41 affordable rental units) and Box Works Homes (26 mixed income condominium units). An existing industrial facility on site will be demolished and replaced with modern, affordable family housing.
As part of the Highland Terrace development, CND will work with neighborhood residents and the City of Chelsea to develop the Box District Park.
