Can a fresh redesign of the classic Boston triple-decker help to revitalize a neighborhood?

CND congratulates Nine Industries Architecture and Robert Burnham for submitting the winning design, which will be implemented as part of the neighborhood revitalization strategy being developed by CND, the City of Chelsea, and the CDRC of Boston.
